How we keep email clean

Good deliverability is shared: one careless sender hurts everyone. These rules are built into the product, not left to good intentions.

• Verified customers only

  Every new account is reviewed before it can send to real subscribers. New senders start with low daily limits that grow with a clean track record.

• Your own authenticated domain

  Customers send from their own domain with SPF and DKIM in place. Free-mail sender addresses (Gmail, Outlook, GMX and similar) are not accepted.

• Consent log

  Signup forms use double opt-in. For every subscriber we keep a record of when, where and how they agreed, including the exact consent text they saw.

• Automatic bounce and complaint suppression

  Hard bounces, spam complaints and unsubscribes are suppressed automatically. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe that works instantly. Sending is paused automatically if hard bounces exceed 2% or complaints exceed 0.1% (after at least 1,000 emails in the evaluation window).

• Fair-use cap

  No subscriber receives more than 3 emails per day from one sender, however many campaigns are scheduled.

• Prohibited content

  No purchased lists and no high-risk content such as payday loans, crypto schemes, gambling or adult material. See the Acceptable use policy.
